i would love for you to come but San Diego is about 7-8 hrs drive to the Bay Area up north.

Hey sevin, again sorry i couldn't make this one (silly wedding I had to go to).

Anyway, you've never been to the arcade on Fisherman's Wharf? I've been 3 or 4 times. It's a nice place with lots of old mechanical games circa-turn of the century, as dsheinem indicated. It's a wonder that they work at all! I'd say it's probably 40% mechanical games, 40% "modern" arcade (think TV screen) and 20% pinball games. It's a good time and probably a decent place to hold a meet-up. I wouldn't expect a full day though.... the longest I think I've ever stayed in there was probably 90 minutes. D&B on the other hand might be better since you can play games, order food, and watch sports (if there is something worth watching).

nope, never been there. the first time i heard about it is when dsheinem posted it here. sounds like a fun place to visit but i agree with D&B meeting place instead. so you want to join us for the next one?
