Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Hitler? Psh. A blank card used as Helen Keller will win every time. Except for corrupt and an opponent plays Rod Blagojevich.

I once was the judge of a game based around Manly being a green card. I had George Patton, Superman, and Darth Vader thrown at me.

Patton won.

Also, Anne Frank will win delicious every time.

I created a board game. It's fun. I need to actually make it. . . as in without using pieces from another game and drawing the game on a posterboard. It's sort of like sorry with a hand of cards meets checkers.

We have a group of friends that get together once a month to play board games. We are total nerds but I do think that there is a different social dynamic when playing a board game verse video game. Settlers is a good one - addicting. But my all time favorite is and will always be - Sorry.

My wife and I like to play boardgames together. Most of my games are two player for that reason. We've got a few that we like to play in particular. Settlers of Catan is fun and we both like Ticket to Ride as well. The ones we play the most though are Lost Cities and Bananagrams. We also just got Jambo, which is a fun game about selling goods as an African trade merchant. We also got Hive, which is kind of like an insect version of chess, played with hexagonal pieces. I'm not sure if I like that one yet, but perhaps it will grow on me.

Oh, and Jack is a fun game of deception and mystery. One person is Jack the Ripper and the other is trying to figure out who Jack is disguised as. It gets pretty tense as you are trying to escape and your secret is coming out.

Me and my friends love playing Sorry. Nothing better than playing a game where you can fuck over your friends so easily. We usually end up hating each other when we are done playing, but that comes with the territory.
