No issues. In fact, all my friends who also traveled via airport went through the normal procedure; take of shoes, take out laptop, metal detector, biggity bam and you're out of there.D.D.D. wrote:Are you saying you got through w/o issues or you didn't travel?Luke wrote:No scanners or pat downs on my vacation. New airport scanners.

Re: New airport scanners.
That's what we were talking about a few posts back. A lot of airports weren't using the full body scanners and were then reporting how smooth everything went, as if to suggest that there weren't enough protestors to accomplish anything or that all of us sheep have simply accepted the new procedures.Luke wrote:No issues. Just to be clear, the babies in this situation are the ones who don't think the safest form of transportation is safe enough unless you get your balls jiggled by a rent a cop, right?

The babies are the ones who have nothing better to do than complain about a possible pat down from a TSA agent. I think the TSA agents are the ones who are the most relieved.Hatta wrote:Just to be clear, the babies in this situation are the ones who don't think the safest form of transportation is safe enough unless you get your balls jiggled by a rent a cop, right?

It's really sad that we live in a country where asserting our constitutional rights gets us described as babies without any trace of irony.

It's all the same anymore. Thank god I went on a "Eurotrip" before all this shit hit the fan. Only the US airports seemed uptight, everywhere else was pretty relaxed. The Amsterdam airport was by far the least concerned, and the Manchester airport really wasn't too bad. Atlanta on the other hand, was a tad ridiculous.ZeroAX wrote:ain't that closer to prison bitch?
