The problem is not Black Friday, huge amounts of people are intrinsically dangerous and you are likely to find a moron somewhere along the line.

And thats why I might check it out this year, to be entertained by people behaving badly... maybe i'll even find a good deal on something nice. I'm not hoping anyone gets hurt or something like that, but I do get a kick outta watching affluent suburbanites get bent out of shape over trivial issues.

And all ya'll criticizing Black Friday, yes it's manipulative, shallow, greed promoting, and gauges our lack of civility, but I support it's embrace of unbridled capitalism. Besides freedom of speech, religion, and all that other stuff, its what makes the USA the greatest country in the history of the world EVER. Times infinity. Plus one.

Last year was my first year participating in Black Friday and I had a decent experience. Maybe it's because I was in Clarksville, TN but there weren't any fights or trampling. I think this was partially because there velvet ropes and security guards around.

Hey, I'm standing in line right now - bored as hell and waiting for a TV. Hope I can snatch some cheap games, too.

Yeah, nothing else to say, really. Just bored. ENTERTAIN ME!

How big is the line out there? Just curious? Is it like ps2 where people are camping?

Snagged casino, Shaun of the dead and mad men season 3 on blu ray for 32 bucks. Snagged sons of anarchy, eastbound and down, and my name is Earl season 4 for 30 bucks. Totally worth it.
I just want to separate the cereal from the mouse mask.

Wasn't bad. Maybe a couple camped, but most showed up just an hour early.

Got an LCD ($98), R&CF- Tools of Destruction ($10), Killzone 2 ($10), Hangover BD ($10), Predator BD ($5), D.Darko BD ($5), Roadhouse BD ($5), Batman Gotham Knight BD ($5), and Departed BD ($5). Whoo, spendin' money...

Haven't even got to Cyber Monday yet. Sucks I didn't get Red Steel 2 ($10), but maybe I can find it then.
