Who here can make a perfect Star Fox 2 Repro?
I'd like to get one, but whenever I play a ROM of it, it always freezes, so I assume the only way to play it without flaws is on the SNES itself. So...can anyone make one? If you need a special cart or something to make it, such as the original Star Fox Cart, I can provide it. So...anyone? Also, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this.

Starfox 2 uses the SuperFX2 chip, which was only used by Doom, Yoshi's Island, and Winter Gold. You might be able to use one of those as a donor, but they could also be incompatible for any number of reasons.
Emulation is your best bet. Bsnes fully supports SFX2 games. Make sure you have a good rom and a fast PC and you shouldn't have any problems.

I'd also like to vouch for the reproduction makers on these boards. All three of them have an army of satisfied customers behind them, myself included.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
