That's fantastic, shows they really have no legal grounds for doing any of this crap. There may be a catch in that he had success because he was re-entering the country and not catching a flight. I remember hearing another story of a guy who refused on the way in and ultimately was escorted by police out of the airport.

Wow. I was reading that story waiting for the part when they arrested him or he got tackled or something. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they escorted him out of the airport and he didn't have to be touched or X-rayed.

This guy is awesome. He did it right, being polite the entire time. Good for him.
