whats that genesis game called?

I've been looking painstakingly for the title of this genesis game but can't seem to find it. My neighbor had this game that we played as kids and I remember it being a later genesis release. It was a platformer and had a small blue or green character? but not sure, could have had a duckbill but perhaps not, but I am fairly certain he was an alien. You would run around on alien worlds and do stuff. I just remember this game being very big. The main character had the ability to run upside down surfaces and I thought the title had the main characters name in it and the name was unusual or possibly even comical. may have been called the adventures of so and so.... I cant really remember much more than that.

OH thanks for the response. I think you found it with socket although it does look a bit different than what I was remembering. My memeory of that game isn't that great so that could very well have been it.

I think Im gonna have to send a message to that guy on facebook and ask about it. He just might think Im crazy though because I haven't talked to him in years.
