Steam's new "Recommended Games" feature

Post by J T »

Steam has a new feature that recommends games to you based on games you own or have in your wishlist. This is a nice feature, but what is really cool about it is that you can write a recommendation for a game and anyone that has friended you on Steam can read your recommendation. This is great because now Steam has an automated recommendation system, linked Metacritic scores, trailers and screen shots, and personalized recommendations from people in your friends list. This makes Steam probably the best site out there for browsing for new games to buy.

It recommended me Team Fortress 2....which I already own....and have so many achievements....and belong in about 3-4 groups for....

also recommended me day of defeat source. Is that game any good?
