Weekends are best for me, but I may be able to pull it off on a Friday evening.

seems like mostly everybody can do a weekend, I would especially if I am going to bring all my stuff over I mentioned

Weekends are tough for me to take time off.

will you be able to try to take the day off (Dec 4 or 5th)? if not we can always move the date around so everybody can at least make it..

I tried but I can't get those days off. I get off at 5pm on Thursday and Fridays.

My work schedule: 8-5pm Thurs, Fri and Sat,Sun 3-11:30 swing shift

Hmm, then we should really push for a Friday but like I said before, a Tuesday could work as well around 2PM. If we can't get everyone to make it, we should try a weekend day that the most amount of people can make.

If we start around 10am I could stay for about 4-5 hrs depending on how far from my work .
