My user name is a long story. Anyways, I've been collecting since the fall of '04 with the reason being a lame rule of only having one console at home at a time. I went to a local game crazy and saw that they sold classic games so the craze started there. I broke that rule and eventually everyone got over it once I started building my collection and proved I could manage it. My gaming started when I wasn't even a toddler. I've been playing since day one starting on the NES (my cousin gave me his) and then the Genesis (Sonic 2 System), that is, until my mom returned the Genesis since I was playing it too much. So much for that.
Anyways, I really enjoy classic video games, video game music, the arcades, and more. I also enjoy networking with other classic gamers but unfortunately, most of the people I know are via the internet and not local. If anyone else is in the bay area, feel free to contact me. My friend and I want to start a coalition/gathering of classic gamers in the Silicon Valley so feel free to contact me. I live in San Jose.
