My fav in my collection is Poison from Final Fight, its pretty well detailed and the controversy behind the whole character makes for a great conversation piece; especially after one of my friends tell me "Man...shes hot!"

I just won these Quake 2 Action Figures.
Bad ass, I might take some picture when I receive them (I can't seem to find any good pictures of the figures).

If I can make the marines carry two weapons each, I should be fine. If not, I'll just keep the small bits not in use in a plastic bag and store it out of sight, but near the figures. I don't usually have anyone's children over and I'm just going to display them. I don't think they're going anywhere.swiftzx wrote:That is badass indeed, I'd be worried about losing the small piecesGSZX1337 wrote:I just won these Quake 2 Action Figures.

Re: What Are Your Favorite Retro Gaming Figurines?
Well, I got the figures today and I did decide to take pictures of them. Please forgive the shitty photography.
Male Marine:

Kinda reminds me of a Chip Hazard toy I had when I was nine. He comes with the Rocket Launcher and Hyper Blaster.
Female Jungle Marine:

I don't remember any female marines or jungles in Quake II. Maybe they were in the Mission Pack? She comes with a Grenade Launcher and Super Shotgun (which was a bitch to put in her hand).
Iron Maiden:

I didn't pose it that way on purpose; the leg really is sideways. The arm cannon can be switched out with the bloody scythe blade. I don't think the blade is supposed to be on the back of the arm cannon, but it fits and I think it looks kinda cool.
Barracuda Shark:

This guy comes with the Male Marine. Jaws ain't got nothin' on this shark.
Strogg Parasite:

This son-of-a-bitch comes with the Female Marine. The claw is detachable and made of rubber (which is actually a pretty good idea).
Strogg Technician:

This guy comes with the Iron Maiden. The red windows and claw are detachable.
Strogg Tank:

This figure is notorious for having its ankles brake. The springs on the hydraulics are exposed (naughty) and part of the left thigh can be removed to show gears. The missiles are the same piece of plastic, but there's three buttons and on the inside, there's three mechanisms to launch the missiles. I guess it was originally going to have three separate missiles.
