nothin funky like that....but late tonight in the midnight hour...I will have this said list up for you with nothing but some great titles.....

I even came across 1942 grey gameboy cart and a 1942 clear color cart? you collect variations?

I'm not nuts on variations -- I have the clear GBC cart of 1942. I actually was not aware that a 1942 gray cart existed, though. Are you sure it wasn't a BLACK cartridge?

at any rate I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see this list?

let me double check but I swore it was grey and in the corner it said on a little flap in the lower right, only for use with gameboy color?

if it mentioned Game Boy Color then it was definitely not gray. Either black or clear.

Anyway looking forward to full list.

But if it said only for use in GBC, then how could it be black? Because aren't black cartridges for GB and have a palette for GBC?

If the OP can't take a picture, out of curiosity, does it have a little notch in the top right corner of the cartridge?

Black carts are backwards compatible GBC carts. For instance these are all black cart games (notice what they say down the left side):







although black carts can be used in an original GB, they are still GBC releases (as made clear by the box art).

Who me I got alot of box gameboy games. I even got the voice of mario signature on my gba sp. I got Metroid 2 gb and zelda dx.
