Its not out of control, if anything people have an inherent dislike of the concept of intelectual property.

A big part of the problem is that companies waste their time with crap like this, and not with the real issues at hand.

Is nintendo really worried about this phrase, when the DS is the easiest thing to pirate on in a long time? Or the Wii for that matter.
