Something I always wondered about. Remember how the Nintendo Game Watches had a white background? So how come Nintendo went with pea green in the original Gameboys? Technology at the time, a first stab at implementing color or a cost move?

Cool! Many of those old Game Boy accessories were shitty... but this one looks cool, and it's from Konami, so I'm jealous I don't have it!

it's way better than the HandyBoy though. This thing was Konami's pitch to make the GB into a little arcade unit. I'm mean look how big it is! (I put it next to the Cube so you could get an idea of its size).

Unfortunately never left Japan. But I'm really excited at the pristine condition mine is in. I'll get a lot of good pictures and everything for the blog, including the box and manual.
