Snes Everdrive/ harmony cart?

Have you ever heard of such thing? Maybe you own one? Well, I am in the rocess of getting one for myself to use on my Super Nintendo. Supposed to have 800+ roms already loaded on a flashdrive with it when it comes? I am making a trade with a friend and havnt really understood where he got sucha thing. As it arrives I wil post some pics if anyone would be interested in seeing such a thing....

Who knows about this item or where anyone else could get one?

i'm familiar with this drive. Stoneagegamer is actually selling the Genesis/Megadrive version of this drive from Krikzz. I have the SNES Everdrive store site bookmarked at home (i'm at work so can't link right now). also from what i understand, you have to load the roms yourself. unless the person you traded it from has it pre-loaded with his own roms collections.

Thats cool..I wish I could get a sega one now..anyone have one for trade or sale?

These things are called flash carts, and there's one available for just about every system.

The Everdrive seven0seven linked is for the Genesis. It's a very capable cart, and stoneagegamer is a great place to buy it as they provide shells. You can get them from the person who makes them, but it's just a bare PCB. There are other genesis flash carts around, but the Everdrive is by far the best bang for the buck.

I've heard the one from Tototek is pretty capable as well, although its flash memory is built in rather than taking an SD card.

I could use something like that for my Genesis/32X. The GDSF7/PSF2 that I got over a decade ago still does well enough that I don't need one for my SNES.

well, Im on this rediculous mission to collect every snes, sega genesis and n64 usa release title. I am close to done now, but if I get this snes cart..is there really any need to even have a copy of every snes title?

The thing with the SNES is that several of the games use a special chip and won't work ona flashcart.

so my friend says this cart came without a case as someone mentioned earlier, but he made a case for the cart and put a card in it. How much do you think those go for?
I wonder if Im getting a good deal>...
