Send James Bond in to fight Nazis. Zombie Nazis! :D
That would be the perfect game.

It makes me wonder if any of the people that made this game were a fan of the N64 game back when, or ever even played it at all.

Zombie Commie Nazis.
Calling something a Commie Nazi is an oxymoron. Basically they're at opposite ends of the political spectrum.

In any case, when do we get to have gunfights where Bond and his enemies are surfing on cars going through a city?

I can't believe I forgot to mention the biggest flaw of the game, hopefully some one else has noticed this. You can't pump shots into enemies rapidly, they don't register. Example, sometimes I wanna shoot some one with my P99 about 5 times in the torso instead of taking the time to aim for the head (or I don't have the chance) so naturally I would want to pull the trigger 5 times as fast as I can. What I've noticed is that some times you shoot an enemy and you have to wait for his "Oow!" animation to finish before another shot will register. Any one else notice this?

Ooph, seriously? That's actually an enormous pet peeve of mine in FPS games and a definite deal breaker. I had entertained the notion of picking this up, but knowing that, on top of the rest of the criticism, I think I'll be avoiding this one.

I actually haven't noticed that. I do remember that happening in original Goldeneye multiplayer, though.
