Mostly Letter, sometimes Legal which you can see are a little smaller and larger than A4. Looks like once again we have to be jackasses and be different. :?

You could always try TheCoverProject as an alternative to getting cardboard boxes reproduced... They make print-ready covers for a special type of universal plastic clamshell game case you can order.
