any info about this arcade stick?

Post by jay_red »

Hey guys, first post on this forum, ive been using this site for years for retro info though. I have recently ramped up my retro collecting and just picked up this arcade stick:

I seems pretty neat, it is for both genesis and snes, has a turbo switch for each button and is programmable. Just wondering if there is much info about these, a google search for "pro fighter 6" didnt turn up much info. If it isnt very good no worries, as i got it damn cheap. It feels solid though, and i have a set of samba de amigo maracas from the same company that work great.

I think it's an SNES stick a friend of mine used to have one, swore it made him better at SFII... It didn't...

It has both a Genesis and a SNES plug on the end so that is can be used on either system. But, it is not very large/sturdy - not one of the better sticks for either system IMO.

Interesting. If I'm looking at the blue buttons correctly, looks like you can store up to three customized settings. Combo moves for your favorite three fighters!

I've never used that particular arcade stick, but I have used other arcade sticks marketed by Naki. They are generally poor quality. It's a bargain bin controller.

A mod tease.
You could get quality arcade parts and make a new Arcade stick with the PCB of your NAKI. The uniqueness of programming and saving up to three settings makes this stick too good to toss.
