Borderlands GotY questions

As you might or might not know, this is somewhat of a weird package. Unlike other GotY editions, where all the DLC comes in one disc, this game comes with a single use voucher code for all 4 dlc's.

So, here's my question. I've heard the goty edition only has new artwork for the case and disc. If I were to look at the title screen, is there any difference at all?

I'm seeing whether I should get the Goty or standard with separate dlc's, because this GotY package seems like a gyp.

Edit- Sorry if the questions kind of confusing. I typed that up after a long marathon of Fallout 3 and I was tired.

So, other than the different artwork on the case and disc, is anything different? Like a different title screen and different title menus? Or am I just buying the standard game with a code?

Ok, ok, forget my previous question, as now that's irrelevant.

Looking more into the single use voucher code thing, this pretty much means I can't share the maps with any of my friends?
So let's say I use the voucher to download the DLCs. Shouldn't it show up on my transaction log so I can just re-download it later? Or do I just download straight from the code.

It's the same process as buying the DLC except you 'Redeem code' instead of spending the points or what ever re-downloading works the same way as if you'd bought it.

The complete edition of Assassin's Creed 2 streamlined it by allowing you to apply the DLC codes from within the main game (once connected to live), Perhaps Borderlands will do the same.

So why are other people complaining about the single use voucher? Other people have been saying they didn't like how they couldn't share the dlc with other people. From what I understand, to share dlc, you have to put your account in that person's PS3 and download from your account to have it on that PS3.

After I use the code, if it shows up on my download history for me to re-download again, then that means I can share it as long as I have my account on someones PS3.

What people are complaining about is that:

1) resale value of the GOTY version is the same as the original release
2) If there ever is a time where the DLC is no longer available online, then you can't access the DLC if your system breaks, etc., etc.
3) Some vouchers actually have an expiration (I know Dragon Age Origins expired roughly 6 months after they were released. Thus if you ever find a sealed copy in a bargain bin, you run the risk of getting codes that are no longer valid. Although, currently, this is not a big problem as I don't know of any other gmaes like that and the Dragon Age Origins were part of the "limited" collector's edition.
