I guess a game like this with such a cult following was always going to suffer badly from only the slightest failings. In a way I wished they'd left it alone, but in another way I'm pleased to get some new levels to play at last.

I'll buy it no matter what the reviewers say

I finished this steaming heap finally.

About 2/3 of the game was average and the other 1/3 straight up sucked. The boring levels and stupid time consuming story drove me nuts. If I could have just played the cool levels in a score attack mode this would have been fine. I never really realized how much the original Nights was a glorified racing game with scoring for technique.
