I too would have to go with my copy of Earthbound. I've had it since 95 and it holds a lot of sentimental value. I don't know what I'd do if something were to happen to it. Out of all of my games it is the one that I really keep track of. When I moved I carried it with me instead of with the rest of my games out of fear of losing it somehow.

On a sentimental standpoint, my most prized games would have to be most of my Sega Saturn games. During the 32bit days, I was an unrelenting advocate of the Saturn, even as it was tanking in the sales department.

On a collectors standpoint, panzer dragoon saga would take top spot.

A loose cartridge of Sonic and Knuckles, which was the first ever video game I owned.

Sonic 2 that came with my genesis. First game I got. And it actually came with the full case and everything unlike the bundles you got from a company that rhymes with shmuptendo.

My most prized game is a boxed copy of Mega Man that me and my brother got growing up.
Oh the hours spent playing that we some of the most fun we had.

For me it's probably Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. I spent a lot of time tracking that game down and I really love the whole feel of it. It's my kind of RPG.

I might also say Shadow of the Colossus just because it is my overall favorite game of all time.

Then again, maybe it's my NES Ninja Gaiden games because I devoted so much time to them when I was younger. It's a hard call.
