I'm currently playing through Jeanne d'Arc. Its a great game similar to the Shining Force games. Link to review here http://uk.psp.ign.com/articles/812/812668p1.html.

I'm thinking about whether to get that or Final Fantasy Tactics Next. I hear great things about Disgaea but sounds really complicated.

Anyway back on topic, Lumines is an absolute must.

Yes Lumines is awesome. Another puzzle game I really liked a lot was Exit. The last levels were pretty complicated.

It's not particularly complicated, it's just a massive time sink. I mean, this is a game that allows you to go inside your items to level them up. Every single item in the game is its own little universe. I love it.

And yes, Lumines is a must. Shame about Lumines II.

I suggest BUYING Wipeout Pulse when it comes out next month (or last month in Europe), as well as Lumines. Outrun Coast 2 Coast is another definite BUY.

Yeah I heard about levelling up items by entering them or something. Also remember reading something about how you could throw your comrades and also stack them up to reach different places. And was there also another aspect of the game that involved colours? (might have been another SRPG). All this and the time commitment put me off it when it came out on the PS1. The PSP version is essentially a port right? Its on my to list for now.

At the very least Lumines 2 had Heavenly Star!

Back on topic, you could always play all those PS1 games on the PSP as well.
