It'll probably end up being a holiday present for her. I try not to mention difficult to find or cult favorite games to her - that leaves me something to surprise her with when I screw up.noiseredux wrote:that really was a surprisingly hard game to find. Pretty weird. Do you and yr lady have it yet? It's worth grabbing if you see it in the wild. Bloody pinball is awesome and the music kicks serious ass.Flake wrote:Good call - this game is perfect for the halloween blog. Still, it was like reading the Odyssey watching you try to track down a copy - so many false leads and illusions!

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Just gotta pop in and give a 'bravo' for this awesome run you're on with the blog, NR. When you told me your publishing schedule for the series, I thought, 'are there really that many "spooky" GB games to write about?' Now I know...
Nice work!

My world is being rocked left and right this morning. First I find out Keiji Inafune quit Capcom. Now it turns out there is a good Ghostbusters game. I'm so confused...
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Yeah, Ghostbusters 2 was great; it was also released on the Famicom, which I think had co-op gameplay. I actually never knew this was released on the Game Boy; I thought it was a Famicom exclusive.
