.On to the real problem though. I only have space for 1 console and I'm probably pushing it with that, but I need something! I picked the Cube because it's awesome selection, small and GB player. I don't have a TV to hook it up to. I do have a laptop with VGA and HDMI slots. I've read a bunch of things that say you can and can't use a laptop screen as a monitor. I've read you can do it with video capture equipment but I worry about how well that would function.
I would love to just hook it up to my laptop if possible. If not I do have a 19' LCD Monitor I could get my hands on, that only has VGA/DVI.
So my options look like:
1. Laptop
2. Monitor
3. Portable Cube Screen/TV
I've heard bad things about the portable screens for the cube. TV is almost not even an option. I have to put all of my electronics into a locker every morning, so moving a TV into a locker every day would suck.
So I'm hoping to hear some of your alls expert opinions on what I should do and what equipment I'll need to do it. I have both Component and Composite cables to work with. If I'm able to use my Laptop or a Monitor, those will obviously need converted.
