Is there a black label version of The Lost World: SE on PS1?

I can't seem to find a good answer.

The first release of the game (non SE) had some problems and so the company re-released it with fixes as the SE. I am interested in the game, but prefer to stay away from GH titles. Is there a black label version of the SE game?
