I didn't know 1080 Avalanche worked with it. Good to know, I've always wanted to do this and didn't want to for just three games. Four though, sure. :P
Nope, F-Zero GX isn't.
Gah, you're right, I was confusing F-Zero with 1080. Good catch.

I've always wanted to play Saturn Bomberman with a whole bunch of people.

Here's a list of linkable Sega games

Huh, hadn't heard of this before... Cool!

2 or more Gamecubes with 2 or more Gameboy Players can play all the Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance linkable titles.

Not really that likely, but you could also emulate Nintendo through GBA flashcarts in the above mentioned configuration and play 2-player Nintendo on separate screens...

Super Gameboy 2 carts have old-style Gameboy Mono link ports to link GBM and SGB games on Super Nintendo.

Xbox, and Xbox 360 came be linked via System Link

Also it's possible to use newer consoles through a LAN.

You can also use XLink KAI for this (including PS2, Gamecube, PSP)

I linked up two 360's and played 4 player left 4 dead 2. It was pretty righteous.

I've still got 2 original xboxs linked to 2 portable monitors with Halo combat evolved in. They havn't been touched since about 2005 but at the time having that setup made me a god.

And one Soul Calibur II stick that never works!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I used to have halo 1 and 2 system linked.
During that period where friends and I played those games daily a few other games got some Xbox sytem link play.

Crimson Skies (Thought it was a blast, friends thought differently.)
Brother in Arms (Played a few games, fun but snipers to powerful.)
Star Wars Battlefield (this one was pretty fun)

Really any first person shooter is a good time since it takes away being able to check out the other persons screen.
