Not without an emulator, anyway. Luckily DS flashcards are cheap, and Lameboy works really well on the DS. Now, GBA on the DSi? That's an issue.

I went through that route, sold my Gameboy/color and have to say that Lameboy is great. It even has support for games that had rumble.

I couldn't even IMAGINE an emulator replacing my ever-growing mountain of carts!

I tried to find one of these a couple years ago with no joy. I love the technology the AGB-101 screen uses...but Nintendo really decided to ignore that whole 'ergonomic' factor.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
