Was Crisis Evil actually released?

well a seller with zero feedback on ebay is trying to pass it off as such. i know its a homebrew but what intrigued me is the art on the discs. can anyone shed some light on that?

I would say you should report this guy; I have never heard of that game being made, and after seeing the Crisis Evil thing he's likely just trying to con people out of their money.

Super Mario War = Homebrew game
Choboco racing = Bleem emulation
Resident Evil The 7th Mansion = It's not even a Resident Evil game!
King of Fighters collection = Why does it have Maximum Impact 2's logo on the front?
Twinkle Sprites = American boxart with Japanese text for the logo and old Sega Saturn artwork? Erm..
