Bowser was easy enough with the fire flower, just imagine how easy he'd be if Mario had a D.Eagle.

I always thought Mario should have a gun!
My friend and I even made a fan-game (long gone sadly) called Demolition Mario around '96.

It would be interesting to see what the game would have been like, if it had gone in that direction. It could have had a far reaching impact on the rest of the series.

Personally, I think Stanley would work out better with a gun than Mario would.
