Video Game Box Art

Post by Para »

I'm fairly certain this topic has been done before but I searched online and couldn't find the specific site I was looking for.

I have dozens of N64 games without boxes, and since they have no end label, it is a bitch for me to find specific games in a hurry. I want to order a bunch of these cases and get proper labels printed just like the example photo. (http://www.racketboy.com/store/media/ca ... xample.jpg)

I have decent Photoshop skills and access to a high quality printer so once I can find the website that has the proper box art scans, I can reproduce my own.
Does anyone know of a website where I can get access to a lot of different box art/scans for this project? Or if someone has pre-made images to be used that would save me some time too.

I've actually thought about doing this with GB carts. Imagine how much room I'd save if I didn't keep putting all my carts in DS boxes!

I would like to do it for my GBA stuff, but the GBA carts are almost as bad as the Jaguar or TI-99 carts which cannot be stacked in the same direction

There must be some small form-factor solution for those games without needing to buy big universal cases.

I know that sucks. Same with GBC games that aren't GB compatible. I'm actually thinking about putting my GB/GBC/GBA carts on a shelf standing up and facing out and just going as deep as the shelf is. I also thought about maybe doing this using baseball card boxes or something on a shelf. Anyway, this way I could keep them alphabetized and accessible. Does my description make sense?

This.

in fact, every single cover in that image you linked was from that site.

Thanks for the info.
Looks like I need to buy a Magic Eraser and a bunch of storage cases. I'll post a progress picture when I get around to doing this project. Thankfully I only have about 20 N64 games without cases.
