I get drunk and play the original Marvel vs Capcom or Gundam vs Zeta Gundam on super easy.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I like to play Goldeneye on the N64 and just bowl through the levels like a wrecking ball. For some reason, the noise the bullets make when they hit the bodies, even as they're already in their death animations, makes my day. There's nothing like putting a full AK magazine in a badly rendered 3D model.

Heh. I wasn't recommending you play Ninja Gaiden. I only use it as an example of a game that I know inside and out. I have memorized where every enemy will pop up and where every cliff is going to be. It's all very familiar and I can (mostly) whiz right through it, though it is still challenging enough to hold my attention. You just need a similar comfort game that you can sink right into and enjoy.

Whenever I got pissed I would just play Fallout 3 and go on a town massacre. You could do the same thing on Grand Theft Auto, I suppose.

Dance Dance Revolution and Pump it up. They turn your anger into control and require you to focus. It works for sadness so it will work for anger too =D

Halo does the trick for me.
