This Friday: Intellivision Lives! for Nintendo DS

Post by Pichu »

I'm actually pretty excited. For $15 bucks, you get a classic collection of Intellivision games, and with GOOD controls too! *glares at GCN version*

Hopefully Gamestop will have it, because I doubt the major stores will. As a bonus, I'll have an excuse not to go to Homecoming the next day!

Any others that are going to pick this up?

what problem did you have with the GCN controls? I like the collection quite a bit.

I'm going to pick this up when I read the reviews. I'm really concerned about the controls, though. But hopefully the touch screen will remedy any problems.

Doesn't the collection require the use of 2 controllers?

I seriously couldn't play the game comfortably with the GCN controller. I mean, don't get me wrong, the controller is awesome, and I was able to play some games, but not for keypad games.

So I'm really really excited to see how the DS Touch Screen manages it.

Hopefully the game will end up in the bargain bin so I can pick it up cheap. $15 is cheap but after getting the new Goldeneye I won't have that much spare cash.

I hope you guys have a blast with it. :D

I think I'll pass on it though. I rarely touch my real Intellivision as it is.
