I've ordered from jjgames numerous times. Always top notch customer care. eStarland I've used as well. They're slightly more $ than jjgames on average, but also highly recommended service.

For the Buy/Sell forums, GameTZ.com is a good place to find just about anything and everything you're looking for. Someone always seems to be trading at least one copy of any game.

Used it many times, guys really great at customer service.
