TG-CD Box Art Disparity

Post by timewarpgamer »

Howdy, y'all. I just finished uploading my latest box art comparison feature, this time looking at TurboGrafx-16 CD / PC Engine CD games. Anyway, I wanted to share it first with my favorite retro video game site. I welcome all comments. Enjoy!

Man, that Cosmic Fantasy cover brings back... *shivers*
Even never seeing the original before this game at my friend's house I thought it looked crappy.
 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

Hey great job, keep up the great work. This couldn't have been posted at a better time than now since I recently just picked up a Japanese Turbo Duo.

Haha, I know! I can't believe I actually purchased the U.S. version back when it was first released. I must have read a glowing review of the game to get beyond the box art.

Thanks, man. Congrats on the Japanese Duo. That's a sweet pick up, especially when there are so many more Japanese HuCards and they're cheaper than the American ones.
