Wario Land 3 demo cart, looking for info

So i went game shopping and I'm trying to complete a mario collection so I bought some games.

One was a Wario Land 3 GBC, it had a bit of a sticker on it so I couldn't see its a Not for Resale version and on the side its says demo only.
