I downloaded all of the software and got the correct files, but when I try to open the .cue it says "Cannot open the file G:\DVD RIPS\PTSM1.BIN". How do I get it to change the directory?
Edit Okay, I got it to burn, but the Sega CD Still won't play it.

im not a 100% on this but make sure your burning in the right MODE. Like Saturn games you probably need to burn in MODE2 DATA/AUDIO and not MODE1 AUDIO. Just something else you can try.

the cue sheet may be pointing directly at a folder instead of an ambiguous directory...
open the cue sheet in a text editor and check the filenames.
if they all are written as some directory like "C:\someFolder\thatFolder\thisFile.bin" and the sort... change it to follow this standard; replacing *name of track* with only the file name and extension "name.bin":
FILE "*name of track*" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2048
INDEX 01 00:00:00
POSTGAP 00:02:00
FILE "*name of track*" MP3
TRACK 02 AUDIO
PREGAP 00:02:00
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "*name of track*" MP3
TRACK 03 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
that example is in the case of bin/mp3/cue model. There are times when it is just a bin file... which looks much different. But again, the directory should be in that same method. When burning the disc make sure the cue sheet, music files, and .bin file are all in the same directory or you will have errors.
