i know sports game are yearly and all but it has one of my favorite (better then Lebron) NBA legend player on the cover and in game. i'm excited.

I'm trying to decide if I should pick up 2k10 used for at an affordable price, or wait until October for 2k11. Then again, October will bring NBA Jam -- so...

the glitches of 2K10 still bothers me, but somehow i still find myself playing it almost every night using the Celtics, Mavs and Spurs as my team trying to beat the heck out of people on XBL.

I find that I play 2K3 (GCN) the most out of the series. I love it. I'd still kill for a GCN copy of NCAA 2k3.

So I have a Kmart coupon I need to use and since this is getting amazing reviews I thought I might pick it up. Is the multiplayer fun? Anyone here have it for PS3 (I don't pay for XBL Gold)? Any difference between the versions?

One thing that nagged me was how robotic the close-up animations were, but there's little competition at the moment (I imagine the opposite is true for EA's NHL and Madden games).
