I realize there are legal issues but there are a lot of fans of this game and not everyone can afford to spend a hundred bucks on just one game. This would also give a wider audience to the game so that sequels might make it to other regions if it had enough support.

I know it's a death wish to not like this game but I just can't bring myself to liking it. I'm also one of those people who don't like FF VII (don't have a heart attack). It's just really hard for me to like some really popular games. It might be the over abundance of hype that kills the chance of giving me any joy out of playing these games.

This sounds like a bait post but I am not going to bite. Well maybe a little. If you want to be technical with "FF3", its not NES either but Famicom and DS.
They way they switched the numbering around between japanese and us versions is so damn annoying. I guess it's FF 6 AND FF III. When I played it, I was playing FFIII
