This is the equivelant of Ken Penders thinking he's going to make a Sonic the Hedgehog movie. Ok, Yuji Naka has slightly more sway than that, but he doesn't even work for Sega. He's just wishing it would happen.

Agreed. A new high-risk console is financial suicide if the billions to back it aren't there. Besides many people still view Sega negatively 15 years after the fact.
