Mine is a 27 and weighs something like 80 I think; never actually weighed it. It hurts to carry, but rotating it is cake. Just don't let it slip

Not really. RS is designed for the usual 4:3 aspect ratio, the special term for this is “vertizontal” - YOKO No TATE!

Some games have the option for you to alter the controller to play like he plays but hold the controller as usual. I think RS or Ikaruga has that... fuzzy memory...

That is exactly what I want to do. Think about it, imagine you're gonna play a shooter, you set it to tate and you get up and rotate the TV on a swivel. Sweet~
