A more serious answer, Balamb (the town not the garden) from FF8. As long as I can have the music on my ipod I could live there all my life :P

Top five would be- Zanarkand (FFX), Fortree City (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald), Onett (Earthbound), Ecruteak City (Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal), and the crazy-ass farm from Mole Mania.
