Nikita, the new series. I was a fan of the original series that this one borrows a lot from as well as the original, classic french movie that started it all. I like my spy shows. Nikita, Chuck, Burn Notice, etc.

Been watching Ghost Adventures before bed lately. I take it with a grain of salt, but it can be entertaining when it's not annoying. "Dude, you feel that bro?" "Duuuuuude"

agree to disagree I guess.
You know, I'm not into the way a lot of shows and movies about vampires today are basically the equivalent of soap operas or cheap romance novels

One of the things I love about Supernatual is its back to the basics approach. Vampires on that show are bloodthirty, homicidal animals that need to be put down, not taken out on dates, much like on Buffy(with the exception of Angel of course, but he evolved from Buffy's romantic interest to a badass slayer of evil things with his own tv show)

On a side note, Fringe's current story arc is awesome! Anyone watching it?

That's what they've always been. Count Dracula is a well dressed gentleman who sucks on the necks of young ladies.

Maybe, but that's not what comes to my mind when I think of Dracula. I think of a powerful warrior who turned his back on God and become a monster to avenge his true love's death. I also think of the real life Vlad the Impaler, who was infamous for his barbaric, cruel and unusual punishments that he exacted on his enemies

That's way more interesting than some pretty boys going after young, school girl bimbos

Just finished the pilot epsiode of Nip/Tuck on Logo.

FYI, the transsexual character Sophia Lopez was played by Jonathan del Arco, who played Hugh on Star Trek: TNG.

You all realize that Count Orlok from Nosferatu looks exactly like Count Dracula was supposed to look without any hair? Seriously, go reread a description of the Count in Dracula, then remove the mustache and hair. He looks just like this:

Now THAT'S a vampire.

Interesting side note: Twilight's Robert Pattison can trace his family tree to Vlad the Impaler. Read it in Rue Morgue.
