Sega Memories

Post by GagaMan »

Hope no one minds me plugging this here, but I've just recently started up a new blog:

http://sega-memories.blogspot.com/

The blog will be mainly about the good old days when Sega were a huge part of my childhood and were everywhere. There won't be so much about the games and consoles, as loads of artciles about how great thy were have already been done, intsead this will be about everything else. For example: Remember Sega World in London? The Sega Tour Buses? Sonic the Comic? Stuff like that, really.

There's quite a few articles up already (dug up from a blog I started last year called Sega Freaks, that never went far as there wasn't mch of a focus for me), so please enjoy =)

It is rather big isn't it? I've still yet to really tinker with the layout.

Looks great, Gaga! You've really been busy in the last week. Lots of nice images, there, too.

I've been thinking of starting another gaming blog, too. Like you, I also started one that didn't go anywhere. I also realized that you need a niche, like what RB has done with his site. I have an idea ... but I barely have time to PLAY games let alone put the necessary effort into a real blog.

Keep it up man!

Bump!

Just wanna thank Racketboy who has actually inspired me on how to go about this gaming blog I'm doing a bit (at least design wise). It even has a few topic Labels that could almost be considered knock off's of racketboy's (Sega Fan Art Showcase, mainly). Don't sue me!

I've tinkered with the design a bit recently, trying to get a simple look that reminds you of classic Sega, complete with 16-bit era Sonic art. I also have videos planned soon, including some old home video footage of SegaWorld! =D
