What do you expect? When everyone seems to like jumping down my throat for a reason as stupid and immature as a disagreement in video game choices of course I'm going to get a little defensive.
I agree lets get onto dsheinem and Gamerforlife also. Death to all DS non-believers

It's been global except for South America since 2002.

South America finally got it in 2009. It's currently costs a super affordable $700 there, no lie. Literally.

I don't have one but the ipod/phone/pad have one hell of a big list of games going for it, xbox is the king though if you take everything into account such as full releases, market place releases and indy games.

I have to say it's a toss up between the DS and PS3... I can honestly say I totally regret never purchasing a DS... Now I think it's pretty moot with the 3DS coming out soon, so hopefully I can pick that up... And hell, maybe I'll get a DSi as well if the price is right since I'm hearing the 3DS won't be compatible with older DS games?

Where did you hear that? I heard that it was totally backwards compatible. In fact, I think I read that in Nintendo Power!

For those of you not in the loop tomorrow is the day Nintendo is going to announce the 3DS pricing, release dates and launch titles for all regions.

The wii has made a come from behind victory for me. This year has been and will continue to be great. Sin and Punishment 2, Mario Galaxy 2, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Batman the brave and the bold, epic mickey, Goldeneye remake. . .

Nothing is making me run out and spend $300 on a ps3. I want the uncharted games but that's about it.

I have an xbox and don't play very much. Mostly just download demos or play Pacman CE. It's all post apocalyptic shooters.
