i bought ikaruga new for about $50, cracked case. Its worth more now from what I understand and replacing the broken part was easy/cheap.

And I'm curious for the person with the RS avatar, just how much did you pay for your RS?
Yeah, I know the difference. I knew Beatles RB was going drop in value, it was just how fast and how much it did that surprised me. I sold my copy of Silvergun a long time ago along with most of my collectable consoles, games and sealed games. I think I paided around $100.00 when I bought it years ago. I just own games to play them these days, and find letting them collect dust unused on a shelf to be a boring and pointless hobby. No offense to anyone who does, its just not for me.

I think it's posted inside another thread of shooters somewhere (*sleepy now*).

It could drop the value of the CD but it's still nice to have something physical for your payment me thinks.

If this causes the SS game to drop in value, I will FINALLY be able to pick one of these up. I'm generally all for maintaining the value of video games, but being able to finally afford Radiant Silvergun is a VERY enticing idea.

It is really cool to finally see this release confirmed. I remember the original story back in '08 wher they mentioned the desire to bring RSG to XBLA but that was about it.

Now, whether or not I buy it is kind of a toss up. Been playing through it on MAME and that is plenty of fun. I will be eagerly awaiting a list of the included enhancements for this version. Online co-op might be fun, but I am more concerned about graphics and such.

Thanks for the update aaron!

And don't forget the secret mode where you can play on Ikaruga style. 8) Furthermore, more news gamers will have the pleasure to learn about this great gem and play it (I would play it on MAME if my pc wasn't so old  ).
