Sengoku Basara or Samurai Warriors 3

I'm interested in getting one of these games.

...one of these games. They are such similar titles, though. I'm not sure which one to pick. Any advice?

I'd say get Sengoku Basara. I've beaten the demo a few times with both characters and just want the game to come out already.

For me, it's Sengoku Basara 3 easily. However, I loved Sengoku Basara 2 on the PS2, and never really got into the Dynasty Warriors games.

It's the non-mechanical stuff that draws me to SB. The over-the-topness, the character designs, the insane combos and specials, etc. Whether Samurai Warriors 3 is more mechanically advanced or not (I don't really know if it is, because I'm not interested enough to look into it) really doesn't matter to me, because I just couldn't give less of a crap about the aesthetics. It just bores me.

played the wii version and recently downlloaded the demo for the ps3 and i must say so far so good.
