From British Columbia. I have a friend who really wants a gamecube, he has some NTSC games and a controller, so I just need to send him the console and some cables. How much would it cost?

A loose GC with the digital port is 3 pounds. Unless they have a transformer to plug a 110v unit into the 240v probably better off letting them get a power brick there. Packing and an AV cable might add another pound depending. Go to USPS.com and get an estimate for 4 pounds weight.
