Use some Calamine lotion, that stuff worked wonders on getting rid of my itching when I got the chicken pox as a kid.

Just be glad you don't have shingles right now. Now that you've got the pox, when it comes back you'll be writhing in pain. Although, i've heard some people say their shingles didn't hurt at all.
