snes help 50/60hz

i tried doing the 50/60 hz mod on my snes it worked for a while then it started messing up staying in 60 hz mode so i disconnected the wire and now it takes a minuite for the snes to actually react to being turned on aka i turn it on screen flickers nothing happens a minuite later the av2 word dissapears then games starts whats going on iv cleaned out pins cleaned the games i dont know what else to do please help, sorry for grammar am just rushing because i want to find out whats causing this

Just redo the mod from scratch, you most likely has a shit solder point that wasn't making contact, just do it over again, its a five minute mod.

well i tried re doing it but nothing happened in the end it was acting as if i hadnt done the soldering atall and i am a pretty good solderer

Soldering the points to ground would be the first thing I tried.

(You should have a wire soldered to ground from the mod, just remove the switch and connect that two your daisy chained wire from the two chips, if that works then add you switch and resistor into the mix., if not you have fugged something up.)

just wondering i take it you have a Euro or Jap snes? If not then y would you want to mod a ntsc american snes for?
