i agree with this. you take away the graphics and all you have left is countless wolfenstein 3d clones on the 360. how many people would keep buying FPSs if they all still looked liked they did back in the early 90s?
I would! Give me Wolfenstein 3D over Call of Duty any day.

i am not saying wolfstein 3d is bad. it is just that other systems like the ds and wii at least try to do things innovative besides just making better graphics.
if you took a shit, please put it back

Wii, hands down. Yeah, there is some shovelware but shovelware wii titles are easily identified and ignored. Nintendo is on fire this gen and all the top 3rd parties have given excellent games to the platform. Add in the Gamecube games with full BC, virtual console, and wiiware?

The box of waggle never ceases to amaze me.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Yes the ps2 is still part of the next gen, ps2 slim. Fat ds to dslite. Ps2 does have the biggest library and it works on ps3 60gb. so PS3 combines all of PlayStation's library.

If that's the case then you can count the Sega Master System as part of this gen because the games are available on the Wii.

PS3 hands down. In my opinion this is where everything stands.

PS3: Most games in it's library are multiplat on 360 as well but I personally like it's exclusives a lot more than 360's.
Xbox 360: Once again most games are multiplat but the exclusives for this are kinda weak (Especially now that Mass Effect 2 is getting ported).
PSP: Many good games just not as many as the above two systems.
DS: Seems like a bit of a waste to me. 99% of it's best games are ports from older systems (SNES and PSOne mostly).
Wii: Failure. No good games what so ever except for the RE4 port. Even then the PS2 version was better because the Wii motion controls makes the game waaaay too easy.

I can't honestly place the PC in this list. I don't have the money to buy a remotely good gaming PC and therefor I'm not able to play any of the PC exclusive games. If I was to take a guess however, I would probably say that PC is either right above or right below the PS3. PC looks like it has some seriously amazing games. I just can't play em' cuss I'm poor.

P.S. The above is only my opinion. No offense intended to any DS or Wii fans.

EDIT: I should mention that although I placed the 360 second I don't think the 360 is worth it if you already own a PS3. Vice-versa is also applicable.

Note the topic title says "which current system do you think has the best game library". Because somebody has a different opinion than you that doesn't make them a fanboy. Unless you believe the retarded PS3 HAS NO GAMES bullshit

Yo... Pc kinda wins out by default. I'm guessing it's library kinda poops on everything else, if not alone in quantity. It's kinda been around for um... decades...
Don't that just look oh so tasty?
